Mel's Tasty Treats is based on the border of Essex and Suffolk (near Sudbury) and will cater for many miles around. We can of course arrange to send gift boxes of cupcakes, cakes and biscuits on your behalf.

We can personalise the majority of our delicious treats with loving messages, names, numbers or a theme of your choice, which also make for a perfect wedding favour.

Our classic cake / cupcake is a simple vanilla or chocolate sponge topped with butter cream icing and a variety of simple sprinkle decorations which are available every day.

Our fondant covered cakes and cupcakes classics again are vanilla or chocolate sponge, covered with a layer of buttercream which gives a good base for the lovingly handmade fondant decoration.

We also bake to order other delicious flavours if you're looking to put some zest into your cake or cupcakes. Our wide range of flavours include the following: Baileys, coffee, mocha, lemon, coconut, strawberry, banana and carrot to name but a few, in fact any flavour or combination can be whipped up! We can also cater for various food intolerances just let us know in advance.

Each handmade cupcake / cake / biscuit creation makes the perfect gift for birthdays, christenings, weddings, host gifts, coffee mornings and other special occasions and are carefully packed in elegant boxes and delivered to your door (please see delivery for fee) unless of course you would prefer to pick them up yourself.
